I believe that fitness and health should be accessible to everyone. Through personal training, I provide custom exercise plans which meet each athlete at their level so they feel strong, capable, and accomplished as they work towards their personal fitness goals. Online training

This style of training is perfect for the person who doesn't generally need daily accountability to get things done. You are self-motivated and may have even followed workout plans in the past. Maybe you LOVE lists and seeing a green "check" mark after you've gotten something done makes your heart sing. You know you can keep to a workout plan, but just really need some guidance in what direction to take once you step through the gym doors.

Your journey will start with a meeting with ME to talk about your goals, history, likes, and dislikes in regards to training. I will then design a program for YOU with 3, 4, or 5 workouts a week. We will use the TrueCoach app to record your workouts, and you will have access to me through Telegram app and TrueCoach for questions. We will meet virtually every couple of months to discuss your progress and modify your goals as you progress.

It is so important to me that your fitness journey is individualized to YOU, so that you can meet your goals and find JOY in moving your body. 

INVESTMENT

  • 3 workouts per week $150 per month

  • 4 workouts per week $165 per month

  • 5 workouts per week $180 per month

HYBRID TRAINING

The most popular plan! This is for those who want some in-person accountability, but have a busy schedule and can't get to a personal trainer every day. Rather than daily, we will meet together a few times a month. The rest of your workouts will be given to you through the TrueCoach app and done at your gym on your own.

INVESTMENT

  • Starts at $350 per month

IN-PERSON TRAINING

This style is best for athletes who are are motivated, thrive with structured training, and enjoy working with a trainer one-on-one.

For 100% in-person clients, my schedule is currently booked, but I have a waiting list!

INVESTMENT

  • In-person only, at The Slab $60 per hour (waiting list)

  • In-person, at your home $75 per hour (waiting list, geographical restrictions may apply)
