When starting a new fitness routine, the benefits to your overall health are numerous. To enjoy boosted mood, increased energy, and better sleep quality in your life, I start each athlete with a free consultation to lay the foundation for your health and fitness journey. During this thirty minute session, we will discuss your exercise history and personal fitness goals. It is important to be candid about past or present injuries, surgery history, or other limitations so your programming is safe and effective. Consultations are no-movement sessions and can be virtual or in-person.
After a consultation I will schedule you for an assessment. This hour-long session helps me understand how you move and determine what you need to be successful in your workouts.
